Hello…my name is Andrea. Thank you for stopping by and browsing my photography blog. Who am I? Well, I am a lover of creativity. I come from a long line of creative people in my family.

This said, with being in the printing business for 20 years (all of my life) and understanding the print process from digital to ink…I think my passion emerged by accident or quite possibly as God planned it. I have press checked so many faces in my time and would approve and/or disapprove color for clients day to day never thinking I would be the one behind the camera.

Then one day…something great happened… God granted me a gift, my Luke.

My passion for photography started with not being able to leave the house with my special needs son Luke. I desperately wanted his picture professionally taken but leaving the house with him was quite difficult.

So, through the challenge of taking pictures in our home, desperately seeking good light, the perfect shot and experimenting with my point shoot camera….I found a love. A love for photography. I started ‘press checking’ my own stuff. And before I knew it…I was born again into the print world…just at a different angle. My expertise all those years in printing was coming to life and it was awesome. Who would have ever guessed?? God took all those years of printing and a child to bring me to my passion.

I love what I do. I pray you see that in your photography and know that you’ve got a printers eye behind the camera. May God bless my photography passion and show me things that I could not have ever imagined or dreamed in this new found love. Thank you Lord..I’m excited to see where you take me.
